Cryptocurrency analyst Darkfost stated, "A bull market transition signal has been confirmed as Bitcoin's short-term holder (STH) average acquisition cost has surpassed the active long-term holder (LTH) average acquisition cost." This is the 5th time this signal has occurred in history. Active long-term holders refer to long-term investors who have held BTC that has moved at least once in the last 7 years. This method calculates the average acquisition cost by excluding quantities that have not moved for a long time. The analyst explained, "Over 3.5 million BTC have not moved for more than 10 years, and this volume is increasing by an average of 8,000 to 30,000 BTC per month." He added, "Liquidity inflow through ETFs is supporting the recent bullish shift. However, this indicator does not confirm a bull market, and there is a possibility that the signal could be invalidated."
