Partior, a blockchain-based interbank payment network co-founded by JP Morgan, DBS Bank, and Temasek, announced its cooperation with LSEG DiSH, the payment infrastructure under the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), to build a 24-hour international payment system. The two companies are developing a solution that combines LSEG DiSH's trust accounts with Partior's multi-currency clearing and settlement network to enable near real-time, 24/7/365 movement of liquidity between various settlement banks. This initiative aims to reduce the burden of pre-funding nostro and vostro accounts for interbank settlements and the reliance on cut-off times for traditional international remittances.
