Bloomberg reported that meme coin trading within the Robinhood Chain is surging. As of September 2 (local time), the trading volume of meme coins linked to Robinhood stock tokens recorded approximately $440 million. It is explained that by directly connecting meme coins and tokenized stocks in liquidity pools, stock tokens are being utilized as a trading base for meme coin speculation. Notably, on September 2, the trading volume of meme coin-stock tokens was $217 million, surpassing the direct trading volume of stock tokens ($127 million) on the same day.
