SBI Holdings has completed the acquisition of Japanese cryptocurrency exchange bitbank. According to NewsBitcoin, the acquisition price is approximately $290 million. As a result, SBI is expected to hold approximately $6.97 billion in custody assets and 2.92 million cryptocurrency accounts across the entire group. This makes it the largest among Japanese exchange operators by custody assets.
