Bitcoin News reported that former Bitcoin Core developer Peter Todd has joined the MARA Foundation as the lead maintainer for Slipstream. The MARA Foundation is an organization launched this year to support Bitcoin security and open-source technology development. Slipstream is a private mempool service that allows transactions to be submitted directly to MARA's mining pool without first propagating them to Bitcoin's public P2P network.
