Miles Jennings, a16z Crypto Policy Lead, stated that the U.S. Genius Act has laid a key institutional foundation to support the transition to on-chain finance. According to The Block, he explained, "Due to this law, it has become much more difficult to reverse the ongoing on-chain transition, even if a future administration unfavorable to the cryptocurrency industry comes into power."
