According to Yonhap Infomax, Floor Leader Jeong pointed out regarding virtual asset taxation, which is scheduled to take effect from January next year, that "the taxation itself should not be rushed, whether by postponing or abolishing it." He added, "There are many concerns that forceful taxation will only lead to capital outflow to places like Hong Kong or Singapore," and urged, "As both the ruling and opposition parties have proposed postponement or abolition, the government should also approach this cautiously."
