BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes attended Korea Blockchain Week 2026 and stated, "Among currently existing digital currencies like Bitcoin (BTC) and stablecoins, there isn't one that can be utilized as a native currency for AI agents yet. Targeting this demand, we are pushing a new project called Flop Network. Flop Network aims to build a payment infrastructure where AI agents can autonomously send and receive payments."
