Fortitude, a Zcash (ZEC) mining company affiliated with Digital Currency Group (DCG), announced that it has amended its credit agreement with DCG, expanding its loan limit from the previous $26 million to $50 million. As a result, Fortitude has secured approximately $31 million in available borrowing capacity, including the remaining amount from the existing commitment, and plans to receive the entire amount in ZEC. Fortitude intends to sell the received ZEC in the market to raise funds, first paying approximately $7 million for an order of 9,000 ZEC mining machines, and using the remainder for new mining farm construction, data center real estate acquisition, and power infrastructure expansion.
