Cryptoslate reported that the bankruptcy estate of bankrupt cryptocurrency lender Celsius has filed a lawsuit against BitMEX for approximately $495 million. Celsius claims that BitMEX misappropriated 6,360 BTC through market manipulation and wrongful liquidation during the BTC crash in March 2020. The lawsuit was filed ahead of BitMEX's exchange operations ending on the 23rd.
