Stani Kulechov, founder of Aave (AAVE), stated that after the US Senate's Clarity Act procedural vote failed, DeFi needs to adopt the so-called 'Uber path'. Kulechov explained, 'The 'Uber strategy' means that instead of waiting for a regulatory framework to be established, one first builds a service used by millions to prove the effectiveness of the technology, and then grows the industry's influence to the point where policy makers have no choice but to create regulatory measures. In other words, before legislation, actual use cases and user base must be expanded.'
