Grayscale stated, "On the 15th (local time), the Senate will hold a vote to advance the Clarity Act to the floor. We expect substantive regulatory discussions on cryptocurrency to progress regardless of the vote result. U.S. policymakers are already collaborating with platforms such as Calci, Coinbase, and potentially Hyperliquid, to establish a clearer regulatory framework for stablecoins, token issuance, security tokens, and perpetual futures."
