Digital Asset reported that trading on Polymarket, a virtual asset (digital asset)-based prediction market whose access was blocked in Korea, has been confirmed to be accessible again through the mobile trading terminal Polymtrade via an Android application (app). Running the Polymtrade app for Android confirmed that the transaction list and prices were displayed normally. Previously, on August 18, the Korea Communications Standards Commission (KCSC) recognized Polymarket's gambling nature and decided to block its access. Subsequently, from the 20th, two days later, access to Polymarket and Polymtrade via webpages and apps was blocked in Korea.
