Virtual asset exchange Korbit's Layer 2 blockchain platform 'Silicon', developed with blockchain technology company Ozys, will cease operations after a year and a half since its launch. According to News1, Silicon terminated the operation of its testnet and suspended asset deposits on the Silicon blockchain on the 2nd. The blockchain network will be completely shut down on December 31st, and users must withdraw all assets on the Silicon blockchain by the end of the year.
