Global bank Standard Chartered (SC) plans to launch a spot trading service for Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) targeting institutional investors in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Standard Chartered stated that it plans to introduce its institutional-grade cryptocurrency spot trading service, currently operating in the UK, to the UAE. Specific service launch dates and eligible institutions have not been disclosed.
