Coinkite, the manufacturer of the Bitcoin hardware wallet 'Coldcard', is focusing on supporting customers affected by the recent security incident and plans to release a Post-Mortem report once the full investigation is complete, rather than speculating on the extent of the damage, Bloomberg reported. Coinkite stated that due to the design characteristics of its products, which focus on privacy protection, it is difficult to independently verify external estimates regarding the amount of stolen funds. Meanwhile, according to recent external research, the estimated damage from this attack has increased to approximately $130 million (approximately 180 billion Korean Won).
