Decentralized perpetual futures exchange GRVT has opened airdrop registration ahead of its Token Generation Event (TGE). Eligible airdrop recipients must complete registration and agree to the airdrop terms between July 10 at 15:00 KST (Korean Standard Time) and July 27 at 09:00 KST. Additionally, GRVT operates a 'Multiplier Program' where the airdrop amount increases based on the vesting (lock-up) period. Airdrop participants can receive a higher proportion of GRVT tokens by delaying their distribution for 4 or 8 months after the TGE. Meanwhile, complaints are being raised within the community that unexpected lock-up regulations have been introduced for the existing airdrop allocation. The cryptocurrency-specialized Telegram channel 'CoinGachiTuja' pointed out, "In essence, if you don't choose vesting, you will receive fewer tokens than originally planned. It's like they declared during Season 1 that all airdrop tokens would be distributed at the TGE, and then suddenly changed their minds."
