Users who are not eligible for automatic airdrop can submit claims directly through the foundation's portal and must attach supporting documents such as transaction history. Additionally, Bithumb is discussing proxy application methods with the foundation for members who find it difficult to apply directly, and will receive prior consent for proxy applications until 17:00 on August 10th.
