"'Ice Cream', the song that best shows my color"
Big Hit Music announced that Yeonjun of group TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) will release his second solo mini-album 'NO LABELS: PART 02' at 1 PM on the 10th.
The album contains six songs including the title track 'Ice Cream', as well as 'Vanilla', 'Even If It's a Bit Awkward, Again', 'No More Disco', and 'Long Way Long Ride'.
Yeonjun participated in the choreography creation for 'Ice Cream' and the lyrics for 'Even If It's a Bit Awkward, Again' and 'Long Way Long Ride'.
'Ice Cream' is a summer song that depicts a relationship where two people are sweet to each other but maintain a certain boundary.
Yeonjun introduced the song, saying, "I felt that choosing 'Ice Cream' as the title track was a really good decision. It's the song that best captures my color in this album," and added, "It's a song that can show both my outer and inner self."
He continued, "Like my previous work, it's about showing my true self, but this time I wanted to include more diverse music and a more relaxed and chill side of me."
Yeonjun held an album release party in Mapo-gu, Seoul the day before and performed the new songs for fans for the first time. He will perform a solo stage on ABC's 'Good Morning America' (GMA) 'Summer Concert Series' on July 7th (local time).
Yeonjun said, "Rather than setting ambitious goals, I hope to grow one step further," and "I want to use this album as an opportunity to be more honest with myself and become more like myself."
