Katana, KAT pre-staking in progress..."Additional rewards provided"

DeFi-centric blockchain Katana (KAT) announced via its official X that it is conducting pre-staking for its native token KAT. The pre-staking began on the 10th (local time) and offers an annual yield of 35% for 60 days on 350 million KAT deposited on a first-come, first-served basis over 8 weeks. Staking users will also receive benefits such as more voting rights and Founding Staker status, along with automatic staking of tokens received at the Token Generation Event (TGE) and additional rewards. For addresses that applied for pre-staking, the held KAT will automatically compound and be converted into avKAT, which is tradable on decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and then staked after the TGE.
