CLARITY Act, Overlapping with Budget and Housing Bills in Plenary Session Schedule... Possibility of Delay

Eleanor Terrett, host of Crypto in America, reported that the Senate's schedule for processing the CLARITY Act might be delayed. She stated via X, “The CLARITY Act is now competing for floor time with the budget reconciliation bill, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), and the housing bill that passed the House this week, all scheduled for June. There are growing realistic concerns about whether the Senate can handle more than two major bills simultaneously within a limited timeframe. Ultimately, some bills, including the CLARITY Act, may be pushed back to July.”
