Fenwick & West, the law firm responsible for FTX, is facing a $525 million lawsuit related to allegations of concealing the FTX fraud case. According to Cointelegraph, 20 FTX victims claim that the law firm not only represented FTX but also helped build the foundation for the fraudulent activities to continue. They specifically cited the testimony of Nishad Singh, former head of engineering at FTX, stating, "Nishad Singh informed Fenwick attorneys about the misuse of client funds, but the law firm advised on ways to conceal it." Furthermore, it is alleged that the firm was deeply involved in FTX Group's illegal activities, such as establishing shell companies to hide money flows.
