Decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol Sky (SKY, formerly MakerDAO) announced via its official X that it has "resumed operations of its native stablecoin USDS's OFT bridge on the Solana (SOL) network." In this regard, Sky added, "We are resuming bridge operations after completing security checks related to KelpDAO's rsETH exploit (hacking/vulnerability exposure). The Sky protocol and USDS contracts were not affected by the rsETH hack, and USDS has always maintained sufficient collateral. The temporary suspension of the bridge was a precautionary measure, and the Avalanche (AVAX) bridge will be resumed after further review."
