Gold-based DeFi project Creek Finance announced through its official X that it has launched its mainnet on the Sui (SUI) blockchain. Creek utilizes XAUm, a gold-pegged token from tokenized real-world asset (RWA) firm Matrixdock, to provide users with services such as staking, yield farming, and lending. In this regard, Sui stated, "With the launch of Creek's mainnet, Sui network users can now take out loans, swap, and generate interest using tokenized physical gold as collateral. A new interest-earning layer for gold has begun operating on Sui."
