U.S. real estate investor Grant Cardone announced that he has added $100 million worth of BTC to his $235 million income-producing real estate investment. According to CoinDesk, he stated, "This is a strategy to aim for higher returns than traditional REITs by combining income-producing real estate and BTC into a single LLC structure. It's a structure that simultaneously leverages the stable cash flow of real estate and the upside potential of BTC, expecting annual returns of 22-32%." Currently, Cardone Capital's total BTC exposure is approximately $200 million.
