According to Iran's state-run Press TV, the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy announced in a statement on the 6th that "new regulations have come into effect as the threat from aggressors has been eliminated, and we guarantee that ships can pass through the Strait of Hormuz safely and securely."
