CoinDesk reported that Ondo Finance (ONDO), in collaboration with Nasdaq-listed fintech company Broadridge Financial Solutions (BR), is offering voting rights and disclosure viewing features to holders of stock tokens and ETFs issued on its platform. Users can now view disclosures through a cryptocurrency wallet and exercise voting rights via ProxyVote. Ondo stated, "This measure aims to compensate for the lack of governance participation rights that stock tokens have compared to traditional stocks. The opinions submitted by token holders will be exercised through the underlying assets held by Ondo."
