Bitcoin News reported that the U.S. House Oversight Committee has launched an investigation into Crypto.com, Hyperliquid, and PredictIt regarding their user identity verification procedures and suspicious transaction monitoring systems. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer requested the three companies to submit relevant data. Chairman Comer demanded that each company submit information on how they detect transactions suspected of utilizing non-public information, as well as their records of reporting such transactions to regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies over the past two and a half years.
