Finbold reported, citing Arkham data, that asset manager BlackRock's cryptocurrency holdings increased by approximately $29.54 billion in the third quarter of this year. The media stated, “BlackRock’s crypto holdings grew from $47.56 billion on July 1 to approximately $77.1 billion on September 30. The growth rate over three months was approximately 62.1%. BlackRock's spot Bitcoin ETF, iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), held approximately 738,200 BTC at the beginning of Q3, but after an increase of 63,070 BTC, it now holds approximately 801,270 BTC. The increase rate based on holdings is approximately 8.5%. During the same period, the price of BTC rose by more than 42%, from approximately $58,564 to $84,000.”
