Pharos Network (PROS), a finance-specialized Layer 1 blockchain, unveiled its 'Agent Native' upgrade, which supports AI agents' on-chain activities, during a keynote speech at Korea Blockchain Week (KBW). This upgrade includes the introduction of a gas fee delegation feature on the testnet and the provision of natural language-based real-world asset management and AI tools for developers. According to Pharos, users can check their real-world asset holdings, returns, and redemption periods in natural language through the Pharos Port Agent widget. Furthermore, Pharos plans to launch Proof-of-Stake (PoS) staking functionality in Q4 2026 and sequentially introduce agent accounts and related features in 2027. The goal is to build an integrated system based on Agent Native by 2028.
