CoinDesk reported, citing industry sources, that Ondo Finance (ONDO) appears to have pursued a sale after the passing of its founder, Nathan Allman, last May. The sale attempt occurred at some point after Nathan Allman's death on May 25 (local time). Information about the individuals behind the sale attempt has not been disclosed, and it is explained that the sale plan seems to have been put on hold due to a company management dispute. In early August, Nathan Allman's family filed a lawsuit against Ondo's interim CEO, Ian De Bode, alleging that he illegally seized power and financial gain, thereby triggering a corporate management dispute. In response, Ondo stated, "The claim of pursuing a sale is not true."
