ARK Invest, in collaboration with Securitize, will tokenize the 'ARK Venture Fund (ARKVX)', which invests in stakes of large big tech companies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Stripe. It will be issued based on the Ethereum mainnet. Through tokenization, investors can access diversified portfolios of unlisted unicorn companies on-chain and secure daily value settlement and 24-hour liquidity.
