CoinDesk reported that if the permission delegation upgrade for XRPLedger (XRPL) proceeds as scheduled, it will be applied on October 5. Once the upgrade is complete, account holders will be able to grant limited permissions to other accounts to perform only specific tasks, without sharing their master key.
