Billionaire investor Kevin O'Leary said that with the passage of the Digital Asset Tax Clarity Act (H.R.10357), Congress is expected to revisit the Clarity Act next year. According to CoinDesk, he said, "There was a 0% chance the Clarity bill would pass this time. And indeed, it didn't. I expect discussions on that bill to resume as early as the first quarter of next year." He emphasized, "As tax regulations for digital assets are established, Congress will be pressured to re-pursue the Clarity Act. Once taxes are imposed, policy is absolutely necessary."
