Capital Research and Management Company, an American investment advisory firm and the largest shareholder of Metaplanet, a Japan-listed BTC accumulation company, has reduced its holdings, causing its voting rights ratio to fall below 10% and losing its 'major shareholder' status. However, it still maintains its status as the largest shareholder. According to Metaplanet's disclosure, Capital Research's shares decreased by 10,603,300 shares, from 136,059,120 shares on July 13 to 125,455,820 shares on September 8, and its voting rights ratio also dropped from 10.63% to 9.32%.
