Song Eon-seok, a lawmaker from the People Power Party, stated that the virtual asset income tax should be abolished. Through Facebook today, Rep. Song said, "Tax fairness with stocks must be considered. And given the nature of virtual assets as a global single market, there is a significant concern that vast amounts of capital will move overseas to places like Singapore and Hong Kong if virtual asset income is taxed."
