[Bulletin Board] Korea Customs Service, National Tax Service Award Excellent Teams for Joint House Searches of Delinquents

▲ The Korea Customs Service announced on the 15th that it awarded special performance bonuses to 6 members of the Seoul Customs 125 Tracking Team 2 at the Seoul Main Customs Office, who detected hidden assets on-site through a joint house search with the National Tax Service and collected 760 million won. Three members of the Incheon International Airport Customs Delinquency Management Team also received special performance bonuses for detecting 25.15 kg of silver granules (worth approximately 94 million won in market value for illicit goods) that a tax delinquent attempted to bring in without declaration, and for seizing 8 items, including luxury bags, brought in by a customs delinquent. A bonus was also given to the Incheon International Airport Customs Drug Analysis Team for precisely analyzing a yellowish powder imported via international mail from France and identifying it as a new type of drug for the first time in Korea.
