Strategy announced that its preferred stock STRC recorded its highest price since June 1. It is currently trading at approximately $98.4, with $1.6 remaining until it recovers its par value of $100. Strategy plans to issue additional preferred stock once the par value is recovered, and use the funds raised to purchase BTC.
