According to the virtual asset industry on the 11th, BizWatch reported that the 10th Administrative Division of the Seoul Administrative Court changed the date for the first hearing of Coinone's lawsuit to cancel the partial suspension of business order issued by the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) of the Financial Services Commission to November 25th. Originally, the first hearing was scheduled for the 16th. However, after the court issued an order for clarification preparation to both sides in June, the FIU requested an extension, delaying the trial schedule. As a result, Coinone's first trial will be held approximately 7 months after it filed the administrative lawsuit on April 27th. Bithumb's trial is also being delayed. In Bithumb's case, which filed a lawsuit in March, the first hearing was originally scheduled for the 13th of last month but was changed again to October 22nd. It is interpreted that the FIU, which previously lost a lawsuit with similar intent against Dunamu, is approaching the matter cautiously. Dunamu filed a lawsuit in February last year and won the first trial after 1 year and 2 months, but the FIU has appealed the decision.
