Bhutan Government Transfers 400 BTC to Bhutanese State-Owned Investment Company's Address

Bitcoin News reported that the Royal Government of Bhutan transferred 400 BTC (US$30.62 million) to an estimated address of Bhutanese state-owned investment company Druk Holding & Investments (DHI). The purpose of the transfer has not been confirmed.
