Decentralized satellite internet project SpaceCoin (SPACE) announced on the 4th that it has signed a strategic partnership with Decen Space, a satellite ground station infrastructure startup based in Berlin, Germany, through its official channels. SpaceCoin plans to utilize Decen Space's distributed ground station network to increase the time CTC satellites in orbit can communicate with the ground, and expand opportunities for data transmission/reception and network demonstration. Meanwhile, SpaceCoin recently unveiled the technical structure of 'SOLAR', a communication routing protocol, and 'Lumen', a billing and settlement layer, which are core technologies responsible for data transmission and fee settlement for satellite internet, respectively.
