Asia Economy reported that Koscom has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hyundai Motor Securities for the use of a joint tokenized securities platform and business cooperation. According to Koscom on the 2nd, this agreement was pursued to establish a joint infrastructure and service system to stably support the issuance of tokenized securities and related operations, in preparation for the implementation of the tokenized securities system in February next year. The two companies plan to cooperate on: ▲business and system linkage for the use of Koscom's joint tokenized securities platform ▲discovery of underlying assets and products for tokenized securities ▲concretization of issuance and account management business processes ▲joint testing reflecting legal/institutional and investor protection requirements ▲information exchange for the revitalization of the tokenized securities market.
