Matt Hogan, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Bitwise, predicted that the cryptocurrency industry will continue to grow even if the CLARITY Act is not passed before the US congressional recess in August. According to The Block, he stated that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is likely to establish more crypto-friendly regulations than CLARITY.
