The New York federal appeals court upheld the conviction on fraud and conspiracy charges related to the bankruptcy of cryptocurrency exchange FTX, which was operated by Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF). Previously, in 2024, SBF was sentenced to 25 years in prison for the case.
