Global remittance company Western Union has launched a Visa card based on its own dollar-pegged stablecoin, USDPT, issued on Solana (SOL). Users of this card can make payments with USDPT at Visa merchants worldwide. Stablecoin card specialist Rain also supports the infrastructure, including a mobile app, embedded wallet, and the card itself.
