Illia Polosukhin, co-founder of NEAR Protocol (NEAR), proposed the establishment of a 'NEAR Sovereign Fund,' The Block reported. The fund will hold and manage protocol assets and revenue in NEAR to generate returns. A portion of the profits will also be used to support network security and public goods, with the long-term goal of reducing token inflation.
