Michael Saylor, founder of MicroStrategy (MSTR), stated via X, "Based on Bitcoin block height 960,561, BIP-110 signals accounted for only 24 out of 946 blocks (2.54%), and all came from DATUM miners in the Bitcoin mining pool Ocean (OCEAN). Achieving the 55% threshold for voluntary approval during this period has become mathematically impossible, and this is not a miner consensus. Ocean has set BIP-110 signals as the default at its existing endpoints, and BIP-110 is effectively functioning like a vertically integrated marketing campaign for Bitcoin Knots and DATUM." He emphasized that "in the block range 961,632 to 963,647, the BIP-110 software rejects all blocks without a signal, so the 100% signal during that period is a result of rule enforcement, not voluntary support."
