SEAL 911 is a Telegram bot that allows users to contact a trusted security community in emergency situations such as vulnerability exposures or rug pulls. The Ethereum Foundation stated that it expects him to continue leading the long-term development of the ecosystem, as he has consistently upheld Ethereum's core values.
