The Korea Economic Daily reported that Russia has issued an arrest warrant for Telegram founder Pavel Durov on charges of tolerating and supporting terrorism. Earlier, CEO Durov announced that "the largest non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet in history will be launched in the Telegram ecosystem this summer," and last month, Telegram's own Layer 1 blockchain, The Open Network, rebranded its native token name from Toncoin (TON) to Gram (GRAM).
