After the implementation of the European Union (EU)'s cryptocurrency regulation MiCA, Circle's Euro stablecoin EURC saw its most active on-chain activity, U.Today reported. According to on-chain analytics platform Santiment, EURC's daily active addresses reached 1,760 and newly created addresses reached 713, both setting new four-year highs. The industry analyzed that this increase in demand for Circle's EURC, which holds a French Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license, is due to the removal of non-compliant stablecoins from the European market following MiCA's implementation.
